At Gangs of London RP, we offer digital products, subscriptions, and in-game purchases connected to our FiveM GTA V roleplay community. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms below.
1. Digital Purchases
All purchases made through Gangs of London RP are for digital content, digital perks, subscriptions, or virtual items. Because these are digital products, we generally do not offer refunds in real money once the content, perks, benefits, or subscription access has been delivered, activated, or used.
2. Your UK Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If a product or service is not as described, is faulty, or is not provided with reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, repeat performance, price reduction, or refund as appropriate under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Digital content and services sold at a distance may also be subject to cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, although these rights can be affected once digital content begins or a service starts with your consent.
3. Immediate Access and Loss of Cancellation Right
Where a purchase gives you immediate access to digital content, subscription features, server perks, priority access, supporter rewards, or other digital benefits, you expressly agree that delivery begins immediately. Where UK law allows, this means your 14-day cancellation right may end once the digital content is supplied or the service has started with your consent. The UK government guidance distinguishes digital content and services from ordinary physical goods for cancellation purposes.
4. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. When you cancel, your subscription will usually remain active until the end of the current billing period, unless stated otherwise at checkout. We do not provide partial or prorated cash refunds for unused time remaining in an active subscription period, except where required by law.
5. No Real-Money Refunds for Change of Mind
We do not offer real-money refunds for:
- change of mind;
- accidental purchases where the purchased benefits have already been delivered or used;
- lack of use;
- dissatisfaction based on personal preference where the purchase was provided as described.
6. Inactivity and Character Cleanup
In-game assets (such as vehicles, businesses and properties) can be removed after 31 days of inactivity or during our 3-monthly character cleanup, as explained in section 5 of our Terms & Conditions. Removed assets are not refunded or compensated, including assets bought with GOL Gems. Your unspent GOL Gems are never removed for inactivity.
7. Problems With a Purchase
If you are unhappy with a purchase or believe something was not delivered correctly, please open a ticket in our Discord and our team will review the matter with you. We will always try to resolve genuine issues fairly and reasonably.
8. Instant Delivery, Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
GOL Gems are delivered and redeemed automatically and instantly to the FiveM account used at checkout, and we keep a delivery record for every purchase (transaction ID, package, FiveM account and date and time of delivery). If you have a problem, please open a ticket in our Discord first. If you open a chargeback or payment dispute for a purchase that was delivered, we will contest it and provide our delivery records and our Terms & Conditions to Tebex and the payment provider as evidence. A chargeback or dispute for a delivered purchase will result in a permanent ban from Gangs of London RP, and Gems and items from the disputed purchase will be removed.
9. Case-by-Case Reviews
Although our general policy is that we do not issue real-money refunds, we may review exceptional cases at our discretion. Any goodwill resolution does not affect our general refund policy and does not create an obligation to offer refunds in future cases.
